We are proud to offer a limited warranty on our handmade items to ensure your satisfaction and the well-being of your hermit crabs. This warranty covers any damages during shipping from the date of purchase to the time received.

Any item damaged during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you email us a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.
The damaged item must be returned within 5 business days to the sender.
This warranty does not cover:
No Refunds:
Damage caused by improper use or handling
normal wear and tear,
Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than our authorized personnel, or
Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions (excessive heat; like baking, boiling, or running under hot water.)
